What I'm looking for

• People to try the stuff

  The clearest artifacts so far are the Scroll Lab Chrome extension and the ArgOS mock on /experiments. If you try either, I want to hear what landed, what felt off, and where you think I'm wrong. Strong reactions and "here's what you're missing" are both useful. As is "this is awesome, here's a half million dollars to bring it to market."

• Technical guidance on getting from launcher to a phone you can buy

  Some mockups can point towards what to build, but the behavior loop really closes at the device level. Looking for people who know about small-batch Android manufacture, custom Android forks, ROM-level work, or have worked on projects similar to this in the past.

• Introductions to people I should know

  Writers on attention, designers working on calm tech, researchers studying phone use, operators who've worked in similar spaces. If you know someone I should talk to, including yourself, intros are welcome.

• Pointers

  Essays, research, projects, prior art I might be missing. The Wright Brothers wrote to the Smithsonian for everything on flight before they started building — I'm basically still in that part.
